If you are paying to exhibit, please only do so once you have confirmation there is availability of space for your category.

At the moment we have our quota of photographers but are operating a waiting list in case we expand the exhibition, please contact us to be added to the list.

We are also near our quota of suppliers in several other categories so again please contact us before applying online.

If you book online without confirming space then unfortunately we will have to deduct a £10 admin charge before refunding.
